Keepsake Memory Box & Layout for Baby Avery

Hi crafty friends! I'm back with this beautiful wooden altered cigar box. I was commissioned by a friend from my hometown to make her grand daughter a  "Keepsake Memory Box" for her nursery and of course to have as she gets older. A place to where she can tuck away her most precious memories and secrets as she grows older into a beautiful young lady. After I used white gesso to primer it, I painted it with white acrylic paint. I had asked my friend what colors she would like for the box. She wanted pink & mint. I knew right then I had the perfect paper for it. It is a paper stack I got from Michaels Recollections "Budapest" . It had the perfect color of mint with gold. I used that on the outside and on the inside, I decided to use the Prima Heaven Sent . I love both of these papers. I used beautiful trims, Prima Resin Frame, I added some tags from the Prima collection on the inside if they wanted to add a picture or a memory. I decided that I also wanted to try making a layout, another thing on my bucket list. I did alot of researching and watching YT videos of some of my favorite inspirational crafters, some of them seem just so overwhelming for me so I knew I had to keep my first one simple because I was worried about how it would turn out. So I had asked my friend for a pic of her grand daughter, this I was making as a suprise gift for her. I printed the picture out, I am not sure why my printer made it look so dark but I really didn't have any other means of doing it. Anyhow , I used a 12x12 paper from the DCWV Once Upon A Time paper stack. I also used a tag from the Prima Heaven Sent journaling tag pad. I added some prima flowers from differnt collections. As well as beautiful laces. I did like how it turned out. I'm hoping I can take more of a chance on my next layout. Not sure when that will be but be on the look out for that!! My 1st Needle Book & Design Team Project for FlairByMe on Etsy

Hi crafty friends!! HAPPY OCTOBER!!  Its close to Halloween and have yet to make a specific Hallowen project I've been wanting to make that is on my bucket list, but that list is long already lol Anyhow but today I am updating my blog of course and have a few projects I would like to share with u. This first one is a little late , I made this project last weekend but as some of you may know, my health decides to act up when I've got things to do. I am very excited to share my 1st Needle Book , This is also my 1st project for FlairByMe on Etsy! I've been wanting to make one of these for quite a while. So when I recieved an amazing Autumn Kit from Flair By Me, I knew right then that this would be my 1st project!! Another creation checked off my pretty long bucket list! Hope u are inspired by my project just as many talented crafters inspired me to make this!

September Mini Album

Vintage Loaded Envelope

I'm back with something a little different and new. I recently joined in a group on Facebook called Loaded Envelope Galore , it is run my Ana Torres known as Lace Boutique1 and right now there are some fun swaps going on! I'm currently in a Halloween themed swap, Shabby Whimsical Swap, Winter Wonderland swap, the first one I was in was Vintage Loaded Envelope Swap and my partner was Ana! This is the Envelope I made! Shabby Victorian Embroidery Hoop

Hi craft friends!! I wanted to share my last design team project for the Zibbet shop Shabby Is Chic Boutique. Mini Albums for Sale

Happy Labor Day friends! I hope everyone had a safe and fun long weekend!! As some of you might know that I have been working on some mini albums this summer (May-Aug), I call it my Summer Series. I did share some short videos on my facebook pages , now I am going to be selling them. I always have a hard time letting go of my projects, Idk why I get so attached! But I really do have to sell my creations. I have bad health issues that prevent me from working. As some of you know , this crafting hobby does tend to get expensive, so I just want to make some money to be able to purchase my craft supplies, adhesives, cardstock, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated!! 

This is my most recent album (August) , its a very girly, shabby chic, Princess/fairy themed. Great for a newborn baby girl, a bday, a baptism, etc. Size is  6.5 x 6.5 ,   Asking $135.00 shipped.

This next one is from (July) a summer/spring break vacation themed. Its great to hold all of your wonderful memories you had on that one great vacation!! Its got lots of journaling and photo mats! This gatefold albums' size is 8.75 x 5.75  I'm asking $ 115.00 shipped

This next one is my (June) album, its got a very vintage look to it. I love the color combination, the pillow top cover, super cute. I think its great for any occasion really. This one measures @ 5.5 x 7.5 (tall) , Asking price is $125.00 shipped

 

This last one is the first one I made in this series, It is great for a Wedding, A bridal memory book, a graduation gift for your daughter, a birthday present for your wife, girlfriend, etc. Very romantic, I absolutely love it! It has so much journaling areas and photo mats. Plenty of room for that cherished relationship! This one is actually small but its heavy and has lots of lace, embellishments, etc. The measurments on this one is 6.5 x 6.5, I am asking $140.00 shipped
